Processing

The complete set of feldspar grinding line is mainly including crushing machine, vibrating screen, conveying system and powder grinding machine.

We provide mainly grinding line equipment for customer. High pressure suspension mill YGM160 won the praise of our customer.

Firstly the raw ore is crushed by jaw crusher and hammer crusher. The feldspar size is crushed into <=5mm to storage into the hopper. Then by the vibrating feeder evenly feeding into the main grinding unit. After grinding material, the powder is brought into the classify machine for sorting. The coarse material will be regrind and qualified powder with the air enters into cyclone powder collector to be finished product.

In the grinding process, the airflow through the filter at the top of dust collector goes into the air blower. The wind road is circular. In addition to the airflow from the fan to grinding chamber is positive pressure, the airflow in the pipeline is under negative pressure. So the sanitary condition in the room is good.

Application

Potash feldspar has the features of specific gravity 2.56~2.59, hardness 6 and low melting point. It is mainly used for glass, ceramic and potash fertilizer producing, such as ceramic blank, welding electrode, plate glass, medium-alkali glass, glass ware, high tension insulator etc.
